Privacy policy

Applies to Pairly - Memory Game for iOS and iPadOS. Last updated October 18, 2026.

Pairly is made by Kin Lab. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and it does not track you. Your photos never leave your device. This page explains the small amount of data involved.

Your photos

When you build a photo deck, you choose photos with the iOS photo picker. Pairly only receives the photos you pick; it never gets access to the rest of your library and does not ask for photo library permission. Each photo is cropped and resized into a card and saved, with any caption you type, inside the app's storage on your device. Photos and captions are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see them.

Stored on your device

Your photo decks, best scores, settings (sound, haptics, peek, reduce motion, card back) and a few counters are kept on your device. We do not receive them. Like other app data, they may be included in your own iCloud or computer backup if you use one, which Apple handles under its privacy policy. Deleting a deck removes its photos; deleting the app removes everything.

Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)

Pairly Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. To confirm that a purchase is yours and to restore it, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives your purchase history and receipts from Apple, linked to a randomly generated anonymous app user ID, plus basic technical data such as device model, iOS version, app version and country or region, and returns whether Pro is active. It does not receive your name, email address, Apple Account or photos, and we do not use this data for advertising or tracking. See RevenueCat's privacy policy. Apple handles payment details under Apple's privacy policy; we never see them.

What we do not do

• No ads and no ad networks.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
• No tracking across apps or websites, and no sale or sharing of data.
• No accounts, and no collection of names, emails or contacts.

Children

Pairly is suitable for families. It asks for no personal information and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Purchases are protected by Apple's parental controls such as Ask to Buy.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to reply. We delete support emails when they are no longer needed.

This website

The site is static. We do not use cookies or analytics on it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address like any web request. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs such as IP address for security and operation.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete; your decks and photos are under your control on your device. For purchase data held by RevenueCat, contact us and we will pass your request on. For data held by Apple, use privacy.apple.com.
